- Shipping is USPS first class 2-5 days.
- Cypress Stitch Company is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. If you would like insurance added to your order, please email AKaplan@CypressStitch.com and we will invoice you for the exact amount after the shipping label is created. All of our shipments include tracking, but no insurance is provided unless you email us and are billed for the cost separately.
- We are not responsible if your order is delayed by the postal service. The USPS delivery date is only an estimate. No refunds will be issued for items delayed, damaged, or lost by USPS or other carriers.

1. Eligible Items for Returns:
- Unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
2. Exclusions for Returns:
- Items with deodorant/makeup stains, animal hair, cigarette or perfume/smells will not be accepted.
- Certain items such as sale/clearance items, products with a discount code, jewelry, graphic tees, purses, wallets, leggings, bralettes, hats, and masks are final sale for hygienic purposes.
3. Return Process:
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the delivery date.
- Once the return is received, it may take 5-7 business days to process and issue online credit.
4. Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you should contact the provided email address within 2 business days of receiving your shipment.
- Provide written details about the defect and attach pictures for assistance.

- All of our items are custom made to order, even if you do not request personalization. We do not offer ready to ship items (RTS).
- Turnaround time is currently 3-4 weeks, not including weekends or holidays. Turnaround time is the time it takes from when you place the order to when your order is shipped.It does not include shipping time.
