All items with embroidery will have a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks, not including ship time. We will also strive to have your orders shipped out sooner than expected. 

Shipping is USPS first class 2-5 days. 

Cypress Stitch Company is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. If you would like insurance added to your order, please email AKaplan@CypressStitch.com and we will invoice you for the exact amount after the shipping label is created.  All of our shipments include tracking, but no insurance is provided unless you email us and are billed for the cost separately. 

We are not responsible if your order is delayed by the postal service. The USPS delivery date is only an estimate. No refunds will be issued for items delayed, damaged, or lost by USPS or other carriers.
